I ask that you please reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours before the start of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of the appointment. If clients no show or cancel less than 48 hours before the time of the service, clients will be charged 100% cancellation fee. If you have passed the 48 hour cut, you will have to cancel by email. Please understand that when clients cancel last minute, I do not have time to fill that spot which results in loss of income which I depend on for my livelihood as a small business owner. Thank you!
